Gary Brice, born 7 October 1948, is a former Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the VFL during the 1970s. A solid wingman who could also play half forward, he started his career with Port Melbourne in the VFA before joining South Melbourne in 1970. He played 171 games and kicked 101 goals for South Melbourne by the end of 1979.

After leaving the VFL, Brice returned to Port Melbourne as captain-coach in 1980 and stayed in that role until 1983, guiding the club to three straight premierships (1980–1982).
