Frankie Pett Presents... The Happy Submarines Playing the Music of Dead Voices On Air is a 2000 experimental studio album by Dead Voices on Air. It was recorded in 1999–2000 at #302, Watershed and Miller Block in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and at Klaverland in the Netherlands. Track 4 was recorded live at Moritzbastei in Leipzig, Germany, in February 2000. The album runs 53:49, was released by Invisible Records, and produced by Mark Spybey. In Dead Voices on Air's discography, it follows Piss Frond (1999) and precedes Live (2001).
