21st Century Tower is a 55-story residential skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2003. It is owned by A W Rostamani Real Estate. The tower rises to 269 meters (883 feet) with the antenna spire, 240 meters (787 feet) to the roof, and its top floor at 185.7 meters (609 feet). It has 55 floors and 7 elevators. The building was designed by WS Atkins and Partners. When it opened in 2003, it was the tallest residential building in the world, a title it later lost to the Eureka Tower in Melbourne and the Q1 Tower on the Gold Coast. The AW Rostamani Group logo sits on the top of the tower.
