Francis Lloyd (1748–1799) of Domgay, Llandysilio, Montgomeryshire, was a Welsh politician. He served as a Member of Parliament for Montgomeryshire in the Parliament of Great Britain from 4 April 1795 until his death on 19 February 1799.
