Francesco Venditti
Francesco Saverio Venditti (born 27 August 1976) is an Italian actor and voice actor from Rome.
Early life
- Born in Rome to singer Antonello Venditti and actress Simona Izzo.
- Began acting on television as a child in 1985 and later made his film debut in the 1995 movie Strangled Lives, directed by his stepfather Ricky Tognazzi.
Acting career
- Appeared in various Italian TV dramas and series, including Caro maestro, Una donna per amico, and Lo zio d’America.
- Played the young Nicola Catania in the TV movie The Good Pope: Pope John XXIII (The Good Pope).
Voice acting
- Venditti is known for voicing major characters in Italian dubs. He provided the Italian voice for Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and for Nicholas Hoult as Beast in the X-Men film series.
- He has dubbed other well-known actors such as Michael Peña, Giovanni Ribisi, Justin Long, Diego Luna, and David Dastmalchian.
- In animation, he voiced Oliver in the Italian version of Oliver & Company.

- Veditti was married to screenwriter Alexandra La Capria; they have two children, Alice and Tomaso.
