François-Barthélemy de Salignac-Fénelon
François-Barthélemy de Salignac-Fénelon (1691–1741) was a French Catholic clergyman who served as the bishop of the Diocese of Pamiers. Born in Sainte-Mondane, he was ordained a priest in 1717 and appointed bishop in 1735. He died in 1741.
