Gustavo Atilano Florentín Morínigo (born 30 June 1978) is a Paraguayan football manager and former defender from San Antonio, Paraguay. He played for many Paraguayan clubs, including Sud América de Paraguarí, Cerro Porteño, 12 de Octubre, Sportivo San Lorenzo, Colegiales, Recoleta, Sol de América, Sportivo Luqueño, Fernando de la Mora, Guaraní and Tacuary. He also had a short spell abroad with Farul Constanța in Romania in 2003. He represented Paraguay at under-20 level at the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship in Malaysia.

Florentín began coaching in 2009 with Cerro Porteño’s youth teams, later becoming their assistant manager, and then interim boss before taking the main role in 2016. He has since managed several clubs across South America, including Deportivo Capiatá, Sportivo Luqueño, Guaraní and Huachipato in Chile. He faced criticism in December 2020 for comments after a match and was dismissed by Huachipato in January 2021. He returned to Paraguay to lead Sol de América, then moved to The Strongest in Bolivia and Sport Recife in Brazil. He later coached General Caballero JLM, Sportivo Luqueño and Deportivo Pasto in Colombia. In 2025, he took roles with Atlético Bucaramanga and Águilas Doradas.
