Fernand Saivé (24 May 1900 – 21 April 1981) was a Belgian cyclist from Dison. He competed in three events at the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris. He won a silver medal in the men's team time trial (road cycling) and a bronze medal in the men's team pursuit (track cycling). He died in Anderlecht, Belgium, at age 80.
