Mossis Madu Jr. (born November 4, 1987) is a former American football running back. He grew up in Bedford, Texas, and played high school football at Norman High in Norman, Oklahoma. He played college football at Oklahoma.

Undrafted in 2011, Madu signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a free agent. He later joined the New York Jets in August 2013 but was released at the end of the month. He then moved to Canada to play in the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2014–2015) and Ottawa Redblacks (2016–2019). He was part of the Grey Cup championship team in 2016 with Ottawa.

In the CFL, his first season (2014) included 15 games with 75 rushing attempts for 348 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns, plus 44 receptions for 512 yards. He missed 2015 due to a shoulder injury. In 2016 he became Ottawa’s starting back after injuries to others, rushing 92 times for 490 yards and 3 touchdowns in six regular-season games; he injured his shoulder in the East Division Final and missed the Grey Cup with a fractured scapula. In 2017 he was mainly a backup, appearing in seven games with 71 carries for 317 yards and 2 touchdowns. He signed a one-year extension in January 2018, but injuries limited him to the final two games of the season, with 104 yards on 25 carries and 1 touchdown. He signed another one-year extension ahead of 2019 free agency and was released by Ottawa on January 23, 2020.

NFL career totals: 15 rushing attempts for 55 yards and 10 receptions for 72 yards.
