Rodolfo De Benedetti, born July 2, 1961 in Turin, is an Italian entrepreneur and business leader. He is the chairman of CIR Group, a diversified holding that includes SOGEFI (auto components), Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso (publishing and media), and KOS (care homes). He is the oldest son of Carlo De Benedetti and Mita Crosetti, with brothers Marco and Edoardo.

He studied in Geneva, earning a BA in political economy in 1982 and a law degree in 1985. His early career took him abroad, with roles at LODH in Geneva (1985–1986) and Shearson Lehman/American Express in New York (1987–1988). He then joined the family businesses as director of international affairs for COFIDE (1988–1989). He later served as general manager of CIR Group (1990–1993) and COFIDE (1989–1995), helping restructure CIR into a diversified holding.

Since 2014 he has been a shareholder and partner of Decalia Asset Management in Geneva and sits on the boards of Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso, SOGEFI, and Decalia Asset Management. In 2013 his father transferred control of the group to him and his brothers, and he became Chairman of COFIDE and CIR Group in April 2013. He is married to writer Emmanuelle de Villepin, and they have three daughters: Neige, Alix, and Mita.
