Feras Esmaeel (Arabic: فراس إسماعيل), born January 3, 1983 in Damascus, Syria, is a former Syrian footballer who played as a midfielder. He stood 1.82 meters tall and spent his club career with Al-Jaish, Qardaha, Al-Karamah, Al-Jaish again, Zakho FC (62 appearances, 10 goals), Al-Masafi (15 appearances, 1 goal), and Nart Sukhum in Abkhazia (2014–2016).

Internationally, Esmaeel represented Syria from 2002 to 2011, earning 71 caps and scoring 6 goals. In 2016 he played for Abkhazia, making 3 appearances. He was part of Syria’s squad for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar and played the full 90 minutes in all three group games against Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Jordan.
