Exequiel Zeballos
Exequiel Zeballos, full name Oscar Exequiel Zeballos, is an Argentine footballer who plays as a winger for Boca Juniors, wearing number 7. He was born on 24 April 2002 in La Banda, Argentina, and is 1.70 meters tall.
Zeballos began his youth career with Sarmiento in La Banda and Los Dorados de Termas de Río Hondo before joining Boca Juniors in 2014. In 2018 he signed his first professional contract with Boca, becoming the youngest player to do so for the club. He moved up to the first team in 2020 under coach Miguel Ángel Russo. He was an unused substitute several times, including a Copa Libertadores group match against Caracas on 22 October, before making his senior competitive debut in November 2020—the Copa de la Liga Profesional win over Newell’s Old Boys—coming on as a substitute for Sebastián Villa.
Zeballos has represented Argentina at U15 and U17 levels. He scored five goals at the 2017 South American U-15 Championship, helping Argentina win the title. In 2019 he scored for Argentina at both the South American U-17 Championship and the FIFA U-17 World Cup, across 11 appearances. He also scored Boca Juniors' only regular-time goal in the Maradona Cup against Barcelona.
As of 1 February 2026, Zeballos had made 99 league appearances for Boca Juniors, scoring 13 goals.
