2018–19 EHF Champions League knockout stage

The 2018–19 EHF Champions League knockout stage began with the top six teams from each group moving on. In the first knockout round, 12 teams played home-and-away ties. The six winners then joined the two group winners from groups A and B to play the quarterfinals, also home-and-away, to reach the Final Four.

Round of 16 results (aggregate):

- RK Vardar 59–48
- Flensburg-Handewitt 60–48
- PGE Vive Kielce 67–62
- HBC Nantes 62–61

Quarterfinal results (aggregate):
- Barça Lassa 61–51
- PGE Vive Kielce 60–59
- Telekom Veszprém 57–47
- RK Vardar 56–52

The Final Four was held at Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany on 1–2 June 2019. The knockout-stage draw took place on 7 May 2019. The four finalists were Barça Lassa, PGE Kielce, Telekom Veszprém and RK Vardar.
