Emilie Margrethe Hovden, born 5 April 1996 in Bergen, Norway, is a Norwegian handball player who plays as a right wing for Győri Audi ETO KC and the Norwegian national team. She is 1.60 m tall. Her youth club was Fana, and she later played for Fana, Molde Elite, Storhamar, Viborg HK, and since 2023 for Győri ETO KC.

She made her Norway debut in November 2021 against the Netherlands and soon played in the 2021 World Championship in Spain, where she scored 7 goals in her first match against Kazakhstan as Norway won the title. She has 71 caps and 182 goals for Norway.

Hovden helped Norway win the European Championship in 2022 and 2024, secured a World Championship silver in 2023, and won the World Championship gold in 2025, earning a place on the All-Star Team.
