Edon Maxhuni (born 21 March 1998) is a Finnish-Kosovan basketball player who plays as a point guard for BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque in France’s LNB Élite. He grew up in Hyvinkää, Finland, and trained with local clubs before joining the Helsinki Basketball Academy. He was MVP of Finland’s second-tier league in 2017 with HBA-Märsky.

He studied and played at Long Beach State in the United States (2017–2019), appearing in 67 games and averaging 6.7 points. In 2019–2020 he played for CB Gran Canaria Claret SAD in Spain (LEB Plata), averaging 13.3 points in 24 games. For the 2020–21 season he joined Pärnu Sadam in Estonia and helped them become vice-champions; he was named to the All-KML Team in 2021.

In 2021–22 he played for Heroes Den Bosch in the BNXT League and the FIBA Europe Cup, helping the team win the Dutch championship in 2022 as their top scorer. In 2022–23 he joined Crailsheim Merlins in Germany, averaging 11.8 points and 3.9 assists per game. In 2023 he signed a short-term deal with ESSM Le Portel in France, which was later extended; he helped Portel reach the LNB Elite Playoffs, averaging 10.9 points and 3.7 assists.

In 2024 he signed with SIG Strasbourg on a two-year contract. In January 2025 he was loaned to Scafati in Italy, and after Scafati’s relegation he moved to Karşıyaka in Turkey in April 2025. In August 2025 he joined BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque.

Internationally, Maxhuni has played for Finland since 2020. He participated in EuroBasket 2022 (8.9 ppg), played in the 2023 FIBA World Cup (7.2 ppg, 3.8 apg), and competed in the 2024 Olympic qualifying tournament (12.7 ppg, 4.7 apg). He has 53 senior national-team caps as of July 7, 2024.

His parents are ethnic Albanians from Mitrovica, Kosovo. His father Besim Maxhuni played basketball and later coached; his grandfather Hysni Maxhuni is a Kosovo football coach.
