Commercial Credit Company Building, also known as The Residences at 300 St. Paul, is a historic Modernist office building in Baltimore, Maryland. It sits at 300-314 St. Paul Place on a steep slope. Construction took place from 1954 to 1957, with Edwards and Hjorth as general contractors and Harrison and Abramovitz as the architects. It was the first post–World War II office building in Baltimore and reflects the work of the Commercial Credit Company and the New York firm Harrison and Abramovitz.

The building has three sections: a tall eastern portion with 19 stories, a central five-story section, and a western portion that is two stories high. The base uses Deer Isle granite and features a glazed aluminum curtain wall in the center. The upper floors step back slightly and are clad in gray aluminum panels.

Commercial Credit Company owned the building through 1989, after which it was converted into apartments. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 2018.
