Editan soup is a Nigerian vegetable soup from the Efik people of Cross River State in southern Nigeria. It is made with Editan leaves, a bitter leafy vegetable. The bitterness is squeezed out before cooking. The Editan leaf is believed to have medicinal properties, and the soup is popular in Cross River State.
