The Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference (EOAC) is a high school sports league in eastern Ohio that is part of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). It began competition in the 2017–18 school year with schools from Columbiana and Mahoning counties.

The EOAC formed after the Inter-Tri County League broke up in 2016. Its initial members were Columbiana, Lisbon, East Palestine, Leetonia, Southern, Toronto, United Local, and Wellsville. Competition started in fall 2017–18.

In January 2018, Toronto announced it would leave the EOAC after two seasons, exiting after the 2018–19 school year due to travel costs and smaller crowds. Toronto rejoined the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference.

In October 2019, Youngstown Valley Christian joined the EOAC and began competition in the 2020–21 school year. They had come from the Portage Trail Conference and moved to face closer-sized rivals.

In September 2025, Leetonia, a founding member, announced it will depart after the 2025–26 school year to join the Northeastern Athletic Conference to compete against closer-sized schools.
