Ang Mo Kio Public Library

Ang Mo Kio Public Library is a public library in Singapore run by the National Library Board. It is near Yio Chu Kang MRT along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 and is a two-storey building that is a local landmark in central Ang Mo Kio.

History
- Opened as Ang Mo Kio Community Library on 17 August 1985; opened to the public on 19 August 1985.
- Closed for renovation in March 2002; reopened on 5 January 2003.
- Renamed Ang Mo Kio Public Library in 2008.

Future move
- From 2026, the library will move to AMK Hub at 53 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, #04-01, AMK Hub, Singapore 569933, occupying the Level 4 space formerly used by the cinema.
- After the move, the current site at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 will be redeveloped into a healthcare facility under the URA Draft Master Plan 2025.

Size and area served
- The library covers about 4,277 square metres over two levels.
- It serves residents of Ang Mo Kio GRC: Chong Boon, Ang Mo Kio, Kebun Baru, and Yio Chu Kang.
