Donji Vratari (Serbian Cyrillic: Доњи Вратари) is a small village in central Serbia. It is part of the Aleksandrovac municipality in the Rasina District. As of the 2002 census, the village had a population of 297 people. The area uses Central European Time (UTC+1) and observes daylight saving time (UTC+2).
