South Dakota Highway 391
South Dakota Highway 391 (SD 391) is a short state road in southwestern South Dakota. It is 3.36 miles (5.41 km) long, running from Nebraska Highway 27 at the state line southeast of Denby to U.S. Route 18 east-southeast of Denby. The entire route lies in Oglala Lakota County inside the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and is maintained by the South Dakota Department of Transportation. SD 391 is not part of the National Highway System.
The road starts at the Nebraska border as a continuation of N-27, travels northeast across the plains on the Pine Ridge Reservation, then curves northwest and turns north near the northern end before ending at US 18. In 2012, about 920 vehicles per day used the highway.
