Commercial International Bank Kenya Limited is a private retail bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. Its headquarters are on the Mezzanine Floor of KAM House, Mwanzi Road, Westlands, Nairobi.

Founded on 20 June 2017, CIB Kenya began operations on 1 August 2017 as a greenfield investment by 31 Kenyan investors. It serves individuals, small and medium enterprises, and large corporate clients.

Its products include savings accounts, debit and credit cards, mobile and internet banking, safe deposit lockers, Teyari overdrafts, and investments.

As of 2019, the bank had total assets of about KSh 8.65 billion and after‑tax profit of about KSh 365.88 million; shareholders’ equity was about KSh 1.04 billion.

In late 2019–2020, Egypt’s Commercial International Bank (CIB) began acquiring Mayfair Bank in Kenya. In April 2020, CIB paid US$35 million for 51% of Mayfair Bank, and by January 2023 had acquired the remaining 49%, gaining full control. The bank was rebranded to CIB Kenya.
