Dolichopus clavipes is a species of fly in the Dolichopodidae family. It lives in the Palearctic region. The species was described by Haliday in 1832, and its scientific name is Dolichopus clavipes. It has a few older names (synonyms), such as Dolichopus fuscipes, Dolichopus trochanteratus, and Dolichopus vitripennis. There are two subspecies of Dolichopus clavipes.
