Kingsmeadow Community Comprehensive School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form in Dunston, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, England. It is located on Market Lane, Gateshead, NE11 9NX. The school opened in 1990 on the site of Dunston Comprehensive, combining Saltwell Senior High, Dunston Comprehensive and Hillhead Junior High. The name comes from Kings Meadow Island on the Tyne, which was removed in the 19th century to make way for larger ships.

Kingsmeadow has specialist status as a Business and Enterprise College and serves pupils from Dunston, Winlaton, Bensham, Lobley Hill, Team Valley and Swalwell. About 900 students aged 11 to 18 attend, and there is a Life Long Learning Centre.

A new school building began in 2007 and was officially opened by the Duke of Kent in March 2009. The Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, visited the school in 2009.

Ofsted inspected the school in 2010 and said it was “good with outstanding features.” In 2015 the school was judged “good” but “requires improvement.” That year, 32% of pupils achieved 5+ GCSEs at A*-C, which was below the Gateshead and national averages.
