Dimitrije Srbu (Serbian Cyrillic: Димитрије Србу) was a Yugoslav football defender and later coach. He was born on 2 December 1940 in Alibunar, then part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and died on 3 April 2017 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Srbu began his career with FK Vršac (1958–1960), then spent time with FK Partizan, and for about 12 years played for Olimpija Ljubljana (1961–1973), becoming one of the club’s most capped players. After retiring as a player, he became a coach, leading Olimpija’s youth team (1984–1985) and later coaching NK Domžale and NK Ljubljana.
