The 2018 Fred Page Cup was the 24th Eastern Junior A Championship of the Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL). It took place May 2–6 at the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, hosted by the Ottawa Jr. Senators for the second time. Eight games were played. The Ottawa Jr. Senators won the championship, with Longueuil College Francais as runners-up. By winning, Ottawa earned a spot in the 2018 Royal Bank Cup in Chilliwack, British Columbia, hosted by the Chilliwack Chiefs at the Prospera Centre. Tie-breakers used were head-to-head results, then a three-way tiebreaker if needed.
