Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) is a Pakistani government agency under the Ministry of Defence Production. Based in Islamabad and with fewer than 100 employees, it works to promote exports of Pakistan’s defence industry and firearms worldwide. DEPO is led by Director General Major-General Omar Maqbool, HI(M). The agency also runs IDEAS—the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar—a biennial event held at the Karachi Expo Center in Karachi, Pakistan. Urdu name: تنظیم برائے فروغِ صادراتِ دفاعی.
