Kjetil Zachariassen
Kjetil Zachariassen (born 30 November 1968 in Norway) is a Norwegian football coach. He has coached in Africa, including Stella Club d'Adjamé in Ivory Coast, Ashanti Gold S.C., and Asante Kotoko S.C. He took over at Asante Kotoko after replacing Svetislav Tanasijevic in the second round of a special competition.
Zachariassen began his professional coaching career in 2000. In November 2007 he moved to Ivory Coast with two others to start a football academy. Earlier he had gone to Ivory Coast to scout talent while working for Portsmouth F.C. under Harry Redknapp and Neil Masters.
In 2009 he became head coach of Stella Club d'Adjamé, which played in Ivory Coast's top league. On 25 April 2019 he was appointed head coach of Ashanti Gold S.C. On 6 July 2019 he resigned from Ashanti Gold to become head coach of Asante Kotoko S.C., replacing C.K. Akonnor. He was dismissed from Kotoko on 13 November 2019.
