Lexical Variant Generation (software)
Lexical Variant Generation (LVG) is a suite of command-line tools that perform lexical transformations on text to create variants for natural language processing of patient clinical documents. It was developed by The Lexical Systems Group and first released in 2002. The stable release was issued on December 13, 2013. LVG is written in Java and runs on the Java SE platform. It is distributed under the National Library of Medicine’s copyright and terms of use.
