Daiki Tanaka
Daiki Tanaka (田中 大貴), born September 3, 1991, in Unzen, Nagasaki, Japan, is a Japanese professional basketball player. A shooting guard, he plays for the Sun Rockers Shibuya in the B.League. He is 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) tall and weighs 205 lb (93 kg). He attended Nagasaki Nishi High School and Tokai University. He began his pro career with Alvark Tokyo in 2014 and stayed there until 2023, when he joined Sun Rockers Shibuya.
Tanaka has won the FIBA Asia Champions Cup in 2019 and two B.League championships (2018, 2019). He has played for the Japan national team, including the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup, where he was Japan's best passer and top 3-point shooter. He also represented Japan in events such as the FIBA Asia Challenge (2012) and the Asian Games (2014).
