Estimúlame
Estimúlame is the second studio album by the Spanish duo Azúcar Moreno, released in 1986 on EMI-Odeon. The record blends flamenco with mainstream pop and runs 33:54. It features the title track "Estimúlame" and two collaborations with Los Chunguitos, "Azul, Azul" and "Barquito De Papel." The album had modest commercial success in Spain upon its original release.
In 1992, after Azúcar Moreno’s international breakthrough with Bandido and Mambo and their move to Epic Records, EMI’s American subsidiary Capitol Records released a 20-track CD called Con La Miel En Los Labios, combining Estimúlame with their debut album Con La Miel En Los Labios. Over the years, several compilations included material from Estimúlame and its predecessor: 2004’s Exitos Originales (Disky Records) included fourteen tracks from both albums, the Disky collection Le Diez De Azúcar Moreno included ten tracks, and the 2005 compilation Grandes (also known as Colección Grandes) also drew from these two albums with ten tracks.
