Inma Shara, born Inmaculada Lucia Saratxaga in 1972 in Amurrio, Spain, is a Spanish orchestral conductor. She started making music at age 4 and gave her professional debut as a conductor at 27.

She has worked with many leading orchestras around the world, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, London Chamber Orchestra, Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Russian National Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Rome Symphony Orchestra, National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, Milan Symphony Orchestra, l’Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Parma Symphony Orchestra, and the Ukrainian National Symphony Orchestra. She has collaborated with soloists such as Mischa Maisky, Boris Berezovsky, and Shlomo Mintz.

Shara conducted a concert in Madrid attended by Queen Sofia. She also led a concert for over 7,000 people in Vatican City, chaired by Pope Benedict XVI, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, becoming the first woman to conduct such a performance there in December 2008.

She has received the European Excellence prize and was named Spain Brand Honorary Ambassador by the Leading Brands of Spain Forum. She was invited by the European Commission and SEEI to conduct the closing concert of Europe at World Expo 2010 in Shanghai on May 9, leading the European Union Youth Orchestra.
