Raúl Procopio Baizán, known as Raúl, is a Spanish former footballer who played as a right back and is now a coach at St Joseph’s FC in Gibraltar. He was born on 10 July 1968 in Cádiz, Spain, and came through the Cádiz CF youth system.

Raúl made his first-team and La Liga debut on 11 January 1989, coming on as a late substitute in a 1–0 win at Real Zaragoza. He scored his first professional goal on 14 October 1989 in a 1–1 draw with Sevilla. After playing regularly for Cádiz, he spent the rest of his career in the lower divisions with clubs including Cádiz B, Cádiz, Manchego, Yeclano, Linense, San Fernando, Puerto Real and Chiclana, retiring in 2004.

Coaching career:
- Began with Chiclana Industrial’s youth teams, then managed the senior squad.
- Also managed Linense and Cádiz B, and briefly led Cádiz’s first team in 2008.
- Later coached Estepona (2008–2010), Extremadura UD (2011) and Poli Ejido (2011).
- From 2014 to 2016, he was in charge of Lincoln Red Imps in Gibraltar.
- In 2016 he returned to Spain with Chiclana CF, and later that year joined St Joseph’s FC in Gibraltar, where he is currently coaching.
