Cycling at the 1968 Summer Olympics – Men's team time trial was held in Mexico City on 15 October 1968. The 100-kilometre race brought together 120 cyclists from 30 nations. The Netherlands won the gold medal with a time of 2:07:49.06, thanks to Fedor den Hertog, Jan Krekels, René Pijnen, and Joop Zoetemelk. Sweden took silver with Erik Pettersson, Gösta Pettersson, Sture Pettersson, and Tomas Pettersson. Italy earned bronze with Giovanni Bramucci, Vittorio Marcelli, Mauro Simonetti, and Pierfranco Vianelli.
