Ieud Hill Church (Romanian: Biserica din Ieud Deal) is a wooden Romanian Orthodox church in Ieud Commune, Maramureș County, Romania. It is dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin and was built in the early 17th century. The church sits on a hill, which is why it is called Ieud Hill Church, to distinguish it from the Ieud Valley Church. It is one of eight wooden churches in Maramureș that make up the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Wooden Churches of Maramureș.” The site was inscribed in 1999 for its cultural value. The church is also listed as a historic monument by Romania’s Ministry of Culture.
