Concord is an unincorporated community in Fannett Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. It’s on the south side of Tuscarora Mountain along Pennsylvania Route 75, about 9.6 miles south-southwest of East Waterford. The community has a post office with ZIP code 17217. Concord was laid out in 1797 and named after the Battle of Concord. The Concord post office has been in operation since 1811.
