The Mur de Péguère, also called Col de Péguère, is a mountain pass in the French Pyrenees in Ariège. It sits at 1,375 meters above sea level, between Massat to the south and Sentenac-de-Sérou to the north.

From Massat, the climb goes along the D618 toward Col de Port, then switches to the D17 after Col des Caougnous. The ascent is 9.8 km long and gains 726 meters, averaging a 7.4% gradient, with very steep sections above 18% after Col des Caougnous.

From the Foix side, the climb starts at La Mouline (Serres-sur-Arget) and is about 18 km long, gaining 872 meters at an average gradient of 4.8%.

The pass can also be reached on the way down from Col de Portel.

In the Tour de France, the Mur de Péguère was ridden in Stage 14 of 2012 from Massat. The leader at the summit was Sandy Casar, but the stage was marred when tacks were scattered on the road, causing about 30 punctures. In 1973 riders protested that the descent toward the D618 was too dangerous, so the route was changed, and the road has since been resurfaced. The Col was also climbed in Stage 11 of 2008 on the descent from Col de Portel, but that descent was not categorized.
