The Commercial Building in Alexandria, Louisiana, sits at the corner of Third Street and Johnston Street. Built in 1915 for the Commercial Bank and Trust Company, it rises seven stories and was Alexandria's first skyscraper. Architect W. L. Stevens designed the building, which by 1978 remained one of the city’s tallest structures.

The building is noted as an early example of the Chicago-style skyscraper developed in the 1880s. It is the only such example in Alexandria and one of just four in northern Louisiana. It occupies less than one acre and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 29, 1978 (NRHP reference number 78001436).
