Powerlifting – Women's middleweight at the 2005 World Games took place on 16 July 2005 at the Rheinhausenhalle in Duisburg, Germany. Ten competitors from nine nations participated. Each lifter had three attempts in each of three lifts—squat, bench press, and deadlift. The winner was the lifter with the highest Wilks score. Gold went to Larysa Vitsiyevska, silver to Priscilla Ribic, and bronze to Nadezhda Malyugina.
