Combined Systems, Inc., also known as Combined Tactical Systems (CTS), is a privately owned American manufacturer of less-lethal weapons for police and military use. Founded in 1981 by Michael Brunn and Jacob Kravel, its headquarters and main manufacturing plant are in Jamestown, Pennsylvania. The company makes tear gas canisters, flash grenades, breaching munitions, and handcuffs, selling to customers worldwide, including the United States, Egypt, and Israel.

Its products have been used to disperse protests in many countries, and the War Resisters League has documented several instances. In 2012, the hacker group Anonymous claimed to have attacked the company’s website in protest of its exports. In 2019, MarketWatch reported that the Carlyle fund holding Combined Systems had closed and its assets sold off.
