Somewhere in Sonora (1927 film)
Somewhere in Sonora is a 1927 American silent Western film directed by Albert S. Rogell. The screenplay is by Marion Jackson, and it’s based on the 1925 novel Somewhere South in Sonora by Will Levington Comfort. Produced by Harry Joe Brown for Charles R. Rogers Productions, the movie stars Ken Maynard, Kathleen Collins, Frank Leigh, Joseph Bennett, Charles Hill Mailes, and Carl Stockdale. Sol Polito was the cinematographer. It was released by First National Pictures on April 3, 1927, has a runtime of 60 minutes, and is a silent film with English intertitles.
