Cleland, South Australia
Cleland is a suburb in South Australia, located in the Adelaide metropolitan area about 10 kilometres southeast of the city centre. Its boundaries were set in 2001, with extra land added in 2010 from the nearby suburb of Crafers. The name comes from Cleland Conservation Park, which became Cleland National Park in November 2021. The area is mainly for conservation, with most land inside the national park, including the summit of Mount Lofty. Cleland is in the federal Division of Mayo and the state electoral district of Bragg, and is part of the Adelaide Hills Council and the City of Burnside local government areas.
