Chittagong Medical College (CMC) is a public medical college and hospital in Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is the second oldest and second largest medical education institute in the country and is affiliated with Chittagong Medical University.

CMC was established in 1957, when the area was part of East Pakistan. Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) began in 1959 next to the college with 120 beds. The present six-story CMCH building was completed in 1969.

From 2010 to 2015, about 150–225 students graduated each year. In 2019, the college could enroll about 220 students annually.

Leadership notes: the chairman is Muhammad Omar Faruque Yusuf. Md. Jashim Uddin (also spelled Jasim Uddin) has served as principal, and in August 2024 he became acting principal, succeeding Sahena Akter, who had been principal since January 2021.
