Jesús Parejo
Jesús Parejo (born 10 March 1981) is a Venezuelan former track and field athlete who competed in shot put and discus throw. His personal bests are 17.56 metres in the shot put and 57.58 metres in the discus.
His biggest results include a silver medal in discus at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games in Mayagüez, and bronze medals at the 2011 South American Championships in Buenos Aires and the 2008 CAC Championships in Cali. He represented Venezuela at the 2011 Pan American Games, the 2011 Military World Games, and the 2014 South American Games, and he competed three times at the Ibero-American Championships. Parejo also won medals at three consecutive Bolivarian Games and ALBA Games. He was Venezuela's leading discus thrower roughly from 2005 to 2014, following Héctor Hurtado.
