Chip Mong Group is a Cambodian family-owned conglomerate that operates in consumer goods, construction materials, property development, beer and beverages, cement, hospitality, animal feed, retail, and banking. It was founded in 1982 by Madam Pheap Heak and Leang Khun and Leang Meng, and is based in Phnom Penh. The group employs more than 5,000 people.

The company started after Cambodia’s civil war as a scrap-metal business, then expanded to import steel in 1997 and later cement and consumer goods in the 1990s. It moved into real estate in 2008 and beer in 2009 with Khmer Brewery. In 2010 it signed a $200 million cement joint venture with Siam City Cement, and the cement factory opened in 2018. It invested in hospitality by renovating a luxury hotel with Hyatt in 2016, which opened in 2020. In 2017 it built a pig-feed plant to boost local production. In 2018 it launched Chip Mong Commercial Bank. In 2021 three Chip Mong leaders were elevated to Oknha.
