Rebecca Roberts (strongwoman)
Rebecca Roberts (born 18 December 1994) is a Welsh strongwoman and grip athlete. She is 6 ft 3 in tall and competes around 130–180 kg.
Early life
She grew up in Bangor, Gwynedd, studied forensic psychology at the University of Liverpool, and played rugby. She was introduced to strength sports by her partner, Paul Savage, in 2016. Paul passed away in 2022, and she continues to compete in his honor.

Personal notes
She lost about 50 kg between 2019 and 2021 to improve stamina. She is an advocate for body positivity and mental health, drawing on her experiences with bullying. She works full-time and trains about 20 hours per week, regularly sharing her training and competition journey on social media.
