Denmark–Zambia relations refer to the bilateral ties between Denmark and Zambia. Denmark has an embassy in Lusaka, and Zambia is represented in Denmark through its embassy in Stockholm, Sweden. The relationship has been described as warm since 1980. The first agreement between the two countries was signed on 17 January 1959.

In 1966 Denmark sent trucks and ships to Zambia, and a technical agreement was signed on 12 December 1966. From 1966 to 1967 Denmark helped develop a dairy farm in Kabwe (also called Broken Hill) and Mkushi, giving about 500,000 Danish kroner to the farm. In 1967 Denmark provided 2 million Danish kroner for Chilanga Cement. In the 1970s they cooperated in agriculture and education, and in 1974 Denmark, Sweden and the United Nations helped Zambia with displaced women.

Danish assistance to Zambia amounts to about 245 million Danish kroner per year. Denmark supports Zambia in governance, democracy and human rights, education, roads and water projects, the environment, HIV/AIDS and refugee support. Education is a priority; support began in 2000 and about US$21 million has been provided for the sector.

In 2008 Denmark and Zambia signed an Environment and Natural Resources Management agreement, with 120 million Danish kroner given to support the Zambian government and civil society organizations. The aid has three parts: capacity development, an Interim Environment Fund, and a Civil Society Organisation Environment Fund.

In November 1964 Zambian President Kenneth Kaunda canceled a trip to Denmark, but he visited officially in 1968. Ten Danish politicians visited Zambia and Zimbabwe in 2010. In 2008 Danish exports to Zambia were 16 million Danish kroner, while Zambian exports to Denmark were 13 million Danish kroner. All imports from Zambia to Denmark are duty-free and quota-free, except for arms, under the European Union Everything but Arms policy.
