Ceyco Georgia Zefanya
Ceyco Georgia Zefanya (born 24 June 1999) is an Indonesian karateka who competes in the women's kumite 68 kg and in team kumite. She has earned multiple medals at regional and world events, including five Southeast Asian Games medals and four Asian Karate Championships medals (two of them gold).

- 2018 Asian Games (Jakarta): competed in the women's kumite 68 kg but did not medal (eliminated in her first match).
- 2018 Asian Karate Championships (Amman): bronze in the women's kumite 68 kg.
- 2019 Asian Karate Championships (Tashkent): silver in the women's kumite 68 kg, later upgraded to gold after the original gold medalist was found to have doped.
- 2021 SEA Games (Hanoi): silver in the women's 68 kg and silver in the women's team kumite.
- 2021 World Olympic Qualification Tournament (Paris): eliminated in the second round.
- 2021 World Karate Championships (Dubai): competed in the women's kumite 68 kg.
- 2022 Asian Karate Championships (Tashkent): bronze in the women's kumite 68 kg.
- 2022 Asian Games (Hangzhou): bronze in the women's kumite 68 kg.
- 2023 Asian Karate Championships (Malacca): gold in the women's kumite 68 kg.
- 2023 World Karate Championships (Budapest): bronze in the women's kumite 68 kg, defeating Madeleine Schröter of Germany in the bronze medal match.
