Boyd Davies Oxlade (10 May 1914 – 29 June 1963) was an Australian rugby union player who played as a flanker. Born in Brisbane, he was the son of Wallabies captain Allen Oxlade and went to Church of England Grammar School. He won three premierships with Eagle Junction before moving to GPS in 1938. Oxlade earned three international caps for Australia in 1938, all against the All Blacks during New Zealand's tour of Australia. He was selected for the 1939–40 tour of Britain and Ireland, but the trip was cancelled two days after arrival in England because of the war. He died in 1963 at age 49. His son, also named Boyd Oxlade, became a writer best known for Death in Brunswick.
