Bolitho Park
Bolitho Park is a football stadium in Plymouth, England. It is the home ground of Plymouth Parkway, who play in the Southern League Premier Division South. The stadium holds 3,500 spectators, with 250 seated, and has a grass pitch. It opened in August 2003 and is located at St Peters Road, Manadon. The site shares an entrance with the Manadon Sports Hub, home to Plymouth Argyle L.F.C.
The ground is named after local novelist Janie Bolitho, who was Parkway’s first sponsor when the club played in the South Western League. The club wore titles of her books on their shirts at that time. In 2002, Janie Bolitho died of breast cancer; with support from her husband Jim Parsons and Plymouth City Council, the ground was named in her honour.
From 2021 to 2024, Truro City shared Bolitho Park with Parkway. The ground was renovated to meet stadium standards, but the shared arrangement ended in January 2024, and Truro City moved to a new stadium in August 2024. Truro City now plays in the National League.
